Appended: Petition of licensed cabmen stating that about fifteen cabmen have been permitted to stand within the premises of the Sydney Railway Station to the detriment of other cabmen and requesting the appointment of a cab stand within the premises for all licensed cabs to use in turn (168 signatures with license number); memo from Edward Oram reporting on his discussions with the Commissioner for Railways and the Traffic Manager; memo from Oram recommending a stand near the station and the abolition of the stand in Parramatta Street.
