Appended: Letter from JB Jones, New Pitt St, noting that Mr Smart has given his permission for removal of his front fence on land neighbouring the land belonging to Jones's deceased father, now occupied by Mr Brownlow, and now giving permission on behalf of the present owner for Council to remove an encroachment and take the land to provide a public footpath in return for erection of a new fence etc; annotation by Edward Bradridge, City Surveyor pro tem.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
