Proposed agreement between Council and Mrs Martha Watkins regarding premises at 734 George Street, Haymarket, Sydney leased to late Mr Watkins and expiring 1 December 1896, noting that the back portion is occupied by Taylor, a saddler, and that Mrs Watkins cannot give up possession of that portion but desires to give up possession of the remainder and agreeing that Mrs Watkins will take steps to gain possession of the rear portion and surrender it as vacant possession to Council.
