[Note: 23/1 Referred to City Surveyor. There are no grounds for this complaint made by Mr Reynolds. The material is good and the workmanship unexceptionable, indeed superior to any the contractor executed last year. I have has several flags raised and in each instance found the work correct, the thickness in no instances was less than 4 inches whilst the majority measures 5 & some 6 inches; WB 30/1. 30/1 Mr Reynolds to be so informed]LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
