As two cottages are to be erected at the Botany water works, recommend they be moved to the east (away from wind and drfting sand, where protected by the engine house and allowing them a view of the village) I remind you that I live a distance from the Works and a suitable house cannot be obtained, and would esteem it a great favour if the Cottage is built as early as possible.
