(Note: 17/8/17 City Engineers report: MC. 28/8/71 I am informed by the Inspector that this nuisance after considerable delay, and trouble on the part of the officers of the Corpporation has been abated: FB; 28/8/71. 11/9/71 Notice was served on Mr O'Brien on the 3rd April 1871, three summonses were issued against Mr Coveny the first on 2nd Jly the other two on the 16 August it was not until after the infliction of the fines that any steps were taken to abate the nuisance: R Seymour) LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
