On the first point he feels it is not necessary to reappoint Municipal Officers. On the second point, quoting examples from other jurisdictions overseas, he comes to the conclusion that "females although receiving receipts for City Rates in their own names ought not to be placed upon the list from which the Roll of Citizens entitled to vote is made up".LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
