Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Specification Agreement and Conditions of Contract signed by us this eleventh day of July 1910'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and Contractor William J Henley and witnessed by James Henry Merriman.
