Page one of the plan shows the elevation, cross sections and the above and below ground floor plans. Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Agreement Specification and Conditions of Contract signed by us this eighteenth day of December 1907'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and Contractor WB Thompson and witnessed by James H Merriman. Initialled by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 21 Nov 1907. Page one also bears a pencil notation "This plan found in Mr Ridges office on 19/9/33 Monday'. Page 2 of the plan shows details of the glazed CI (cast iron) dome and WC (water closet) door frames. Bears the same inscription and signatures as page one.

This plan appeared in the City of Sydney's 2017 exhibition "Our City - 175 Years in 175 Objects" - Item 69 - Building - Toilets - Public Convenience, Macquarie Reserve, 1907 (page 89 in exhibition catalogue)
