Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and signed and dated by Contractor John Deans 1 Nov 1923, and witnessed by James Henry Merriman. Also dated stamped 'Council 16 October 1923' with the notation 'Quotation of John Deans (pounds) 1994 accepted'.
