Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Agreement, Specification and Conditions of Contact signed by us this fourteenth day of March 1924'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and witnessed by James Henry Merriman and Contactor W Nelson. Initialled and dated by WFW (Walter Fredrick White) and JHM (James Henry Merriman) 19 Dec 1923 and marked 'Office Copy' dated 21 Dec 1923. Date stamped by Council 5 Feb 1924. Includes second page which appears to be a duplicate of the first page.
