F.Garrick drawing attention to the state of the surface drainage in Victoria Street where he lives. He requests that a channel be dug to throw the water northwards towards the Bay. Edward Bell, City Engineer, reports that he has refrained from laying the kerb until the street is brought to the adopted level. He also submits that Mr Garrick should be called upon to remove a nine inch drain pipe which he has brought out of his premises.
