A person outside the Corporation advised me that later (between 7 & 8) he took a second load. He admitted same, and made to bring back the second load. No one on duty has reported this matter to me, but for the accidental communication I would not have been in a position to provide any explanation. Note: to show cause why he should not be dismissed.
