City Surveyor suggests this letter, and others similar to it be referred to the City Solicitor for his opinion. City Surveyor confers with the Secretary of the Water and Sewerage Department and suggests that the Mayor waive the claim for Pottinger Street, while the other claims have been left with the Secretary for settlement.
