(Note: 16/6/92 Ack. For Mr Burns' report: HJD;16/6/92. Letter forwarded to Mr Burns on 17/6/92. 96 Pitt St. Mr Thompson did call on me at the Town Hall with reference to a reduction in his assessment, and at my request produced his last rent receipt, I then admitted he was entitled to a reduction, his rent having been reduced, but said that I would attend the claim at the Appeal Court.
