(Note: For City Building Surveyor's report: HJD/9/6/92. I have inspected the premises referred to and find that the front walls have been merely painted. A few surface cracks have been puttied up and on the base course a few handfuls of cement has been used. No work has been done in the way of alteration or repairs to the Building, nor has anything been done in my opinion in contravention of the Act: GMcR;15/6/92.
