Draw attention to condition of open drain at back of terrace in Bayswater Rd running to the front of my residence, "Lara" , Princes St. Filth and debris of all sorts collect in a stagnant pool in front of my gate, with a bad odour. I am desirous to make up my mind as to whether to renew the lease of the premises or not. Notes: Insp of Nuisances. RS: on inspection, found drain at 11 Princes Rd choked, at no 5 Princes Rd, drain flowing on to carriageway. Also 19 Kellett St drainage flows to lane. Notices to abate nuisance served, in default summonses will be issued. Interviewed Mr Palmer, owner, who stated he intended to pull down the premises and erect new buildings.
