Winckler declining to pay for paving in front of Temple Court, King Street as it is the responsibility of the Water and Sewerage Board. Previous letters 30/04/1891 and 13/05/1891 set out reasons for the objection. William Richards, Inspector of Pavements advises repairs were required prior to Water Sewerage and Drainage Board laying the water main and therefore the responsibility of Mr Winckler.
