City Surveyor refers to the original letter from the company on 2nd May, 1893 where the amount allowed was agreed upon. He suggests referral to that letter and that Council should pay 4/- per foot for the kerbing and no more. Final agreement was 15/6d for flagging per square yard and 4/- per lineal foot for kerbing.
