To The Mayor 1. Petitioners are residents of Elizabeth Bay Road, 2. There is a triangular reserve known as Elizabeth Bay Reserve, 3. The reserve was intended for the inhabitants of this road, 4. Large numbers of boys and youths not connected with the road gather there to play cricket in the afternoon, although there is a large reserve nearby for this purpose, to the dangers of residents and their children. 5. Windows have been broken. 6. Reserve is too small. 7. Residences would like fenced flower beds planted and notices preventing games. Signed by; Thomas S. Clibbon, Robert Hills, Llewellyn N. City Surveyor's report that work requested could be done for £30. Note.
