City Surveyor refers to his minute of 14th September and adds only that the Inspector of Nuisances be instructed to cause rubbish carts to utilise the Tip Road. Inspector of Nuisances suggests that the tip road entrance be closed and the tip on the western side of Dowling Street be used in dry weather. This is approved and the TC instructed to reply to Mr Henderson that the use of the road will be discontinued in wet weather.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
