J M Gleary writes about an article in the daily newspapers where citizens are asked by Council to try and prevent vandalism especially in regard to the Frazer Memorial Fountain near St Mary's Cathedral. Mr Gleary details his previous report to the Police about such vandalism. A trial ensued and he was forced to remain in Sydney to give evidence against the perpetrator who was eventually convicted.
