Yesterday, saw a Goodlett & Smith cart delivering to 435 George St, occupied by Hop War, chinese merchants. Found out what it was for - These chinamen are going to build a room for smoking opium, contrary to City laws....I will not give my name as my life will not be safe with the chinamen, but someday a big fire may happen.
