The skylights of the rooms here are ineffectual and request that evil be remedied. Notes: JRP: City Bldg Surv. RH Broderick: as ventilators and skylight made of metal, too heavy to be lifted up. Suggest raise on a timber frame and leave sides open, cost about £6. Walls are only 9" and thoroughly saturated in last heavy rain, to save the plaster, they both be painted when dry with 4 coats of paint by Council employees. MH: report approved.
