Inspector of Nuisances reported that the dogs hospital was well kept and the proprietor sleeps on the premises and does not hear noise from his dogs. However a new building being constructed next to the hospital seems to have drawn dogs which howl and bark during the night and is then attributed to the dogs in the hospital.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
