Clerk of the Queen Victoria Building to the Acting Town Clerk regarding lamps in the Building where 8 of the gas lamps have not been supplied with new mantels as arranged and he has not received any instructions regarding several of the basement lamps that need remantelling which are supposed to be maintained by Messrs Lassetter & Co. He would like a list of the number and location of the lamps to be maintained. Minute Paper of City Building Surveyor advising which lamps to be remantled at Council's expense.
