Signed by TH Nesbitt [Thomas Huggins Nesbitt] Town Clerk, witnessed by James H Merriman [Assistant/Acting City Architect] and contractor Wm J Henley [William J Henley]. Also signed by RH Brodrick and stamped 'Architect and City Building Surveyor' and initialled by JHM [James Henry Merriman] 20 April 1910.
