Each annual volume is divided into sections sorted by
- Street name
- Suburb & street address
- Name of applicant
- Category of work
- Application number
- Date determined

The section sorted by application number contains basic information about the application including a brioef description of the work proposed, and the estimated cost.

The volumes cover only the years 1993-1997, although the Council would have maintained a BA and DA register in some form for it's entire life span (1989-2004). The format and whereabouts of the register for the other years is not known at this point.
