The three storey building on the right is believed to be part of Waratah House (eastern end view) with separate entrance through a wrought iron fence. The original building was at 19-29 Bayswater Road and was later modified and added to for use as a boarding house run house by Mrs E O'Connell. It was demolished in 1970 for the Kings Cross Tunnel. There is a name plaque on the building which appears to be Killara.
