File also includes correspondence regarding remodelling and reinstatement of the southern section of Hyde Park surrounding the Anzac Memorial in accordance with the plan created by architect Bruce Dellit [plans attached]. Proposal and arrangements to complete the work under an Unemployment Relief Scheme grant. Also includes arrangements for the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone by Lord Mayor Samuel Walder. Three subsequent parts document Workers' compensation Insurance for relief workers, weekly returns and grant and advance by Unemployment Relief Fund.
