Letter from Green Bros, 217 Goulbourn & Pelican Street, explaining past procedures involving liaison with Mr Colman, or Mr Smith of Smith & Bennett, or Mr McDonald [sic] with notation by Sapsford that he had not authorised the works which had been requested by McDonald and, while renovation was necessary, more had been spent than he considered correct, and recommending that part be paid by Council and part by McDonald; itemised voucher of work done by James T.
