Appended: Letter from G Allen Mansfield, architect, 165 Pitt St, per Ralph Mansfield, on behalf of Russell notifying that the sewer was laid at Russell's expense to avoid delaying construction of his house hoping that Council will refund the cost when sufficient funds are available; notation by Bell, City Engineer, that the sewer was installed by Thomas Collins and was well done; Letter by Mansfield to Russell authorising payment to Collins; Account by Collins to Russell; Letter from Russell claiming re-imbursement.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
