Appended: Letter from Graham stating that because of the delay in the delivery of the wagons at Moore Park, Messrs A & R Amos no longer need them and will have completed the line to Wagga Wagga; if purchase cost is refunded, then any further claim will be waived against the Council; previous Report of the Finance Committee recommending the sale of the wagons to Graham; Letter from Graham outlining the original offer to purchase the wagons and the agreement of the Mayor including their proposed disassembly by the wheelwright, Glasson, and the subsequent withdrawal of permission after he had bought them from Mrs Peck.
