Appended: Letter from Richardson & Wrench, 142 Pitt St, informing that due to the failure of Parliament to pass the 'Bates? Private Bill' the land cannot be sold but its lease can be arranged with RW Robberds, solicitor; Letter Richardson & Wrench agreeing to sale of the land after passing of a bill before parliament; Sketch Map showing Potts land in relation to Parramatta Road and the Railway; Letter from Richardson & Wrench agreeing to lease the land for an agreed term terminable on the death of Mrs Potts or authority from Parliament to sell the land and on one month's notice to the present occupant; Letter from Hardie & Gorman, Bell's Chambers, Pitt St informing that the approximately 16 acres of land adjoining that already purchased by Council for the Cattle Sale Yards is owned by the Morwood Estate Trustees but a caveat against it has been lodged by Mr Wentworth.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
