[Notes: 2/12 To stand over until contract for outlet to Tank Stream is accepted. I would recommend that another quarry containing not more the 1000 cub. yards of stone be opened. - This being the quantity required for completing Pitt St and the outlet for the Tank Stream JHB. I have consulted with Mr Bell respecting the supply of stone for the outlet of the Tank Stream and he is of opinion that it would be advantageous to open the quarry in Kent St north of the present one; 16/12.
