(Note: Reiby Lane appears to have been resumed many years since for a public thoroughfare from Macquarie place to Pitt Street and should be proclaimed and and and thrown open to the public in conjunction with the southern end of Arbitration Street of which it forms a part and be proclaimed also: EB; 2/5/65. As Reiby lane is only 16 feet 6 inches wide the same could not legally be proclaimed as any thing less is illegal: EB; 13/9/65. 14/9/65 Mr Hill to be informed that this lane cannot be legally proclaimed being only 16ft 6 wide if he will give the 6 inches, steps will be taken for having it proclaimed) LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
