(Note: As the width of this lane does not exceed 16 feet it cannot legally be proclaimed, in consequence I would suggest that the Government be requested to form and ballast and hand over to be City the entire lane - altho there is a difficulty in this as part of Ebsworth Store is built upon it: EB. I estate the cost of the whole will not exceed £190: EB; 13/9/65. To apply to the Govt for the £190 for the formation of this lane; 14/9/65.
