Her husband died of typhoid recently and a number of named occupants of the area either have the disease or have died from it, however, after inspecting the whole section they noted that none of their suggestions to improve conditions at the dairy had been completed. Their conclusions regarding sewerage, etc. include the suggestion that house rubbish in all parts of the City be removed daily and that street sweepings be removed.
