Fatal accident on the Newtown Rd involving Invincible Bus No 12, 9.30pm Tues 13th inst, when driven by small conductor boy, John Clarke whilst employed driver, Edward Hodges was inside the bus with a Female (no other passengers.) This was witnessed by myself and other drivers: Thomas Elms & Jo Young. This driver repeatedly breaks the by laws & reform is needed for public safety. Notes: Neither driver or conductor come under by laws, no action will succeed . Names recorded to not issue licence in future. Nothing moved.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
