Great public inconvenience and (proprietors pecuniary loss) as buses do not proceed regularly to their destination after being started. Suggest a special constable, under control of Mayor, salary to be paid [by us] stationed between Post Office and Park St, the main place for loitering. Also that coachman be required to stay in charge of horses (not hand to inexperienced youths) which will reduce intemperance and gambling as at present.
