He asks that the fence between Thurlow Street and Crescent Street running along Dowling Street, be moved back to the proper line of the street, so as to allow sufficient room for the storm sewer along Dowling Street. There is a notation by A C Mountain that the work of resetting the fence to the proper alignment is being done north of Cleveland Street by Mr Smither's men.
