Note: Geo Keppie: had to move complainant's cart, as blocking access when he had bought vegetables, and another dealer was loading at closest space. Hugh Patrick, Clerk of Markets: Mr Solomon frequents the markets, and is known to be troublesome, he has been summoned for hawking without a licence.
