Due to fact that I have regulated the Carts to come by their regular work in the following hours, request that a notice board be erected for convenience of Public. That vehicles and cattle being unlawfully on the Council's Common be prosecuted, i.e. before opening, and after closing of the Tip. The hours are: weekday 6.30am to 8, closed then 9am to 1p, closed, and 2pm to 4.45pm, Saturday 6.30 to 8 and 9am to 1pm. Notes: JRP: Insp of Nuisances. GB: work of cleansing the CIty requires tip to be open 6.30am to 5pm. Suggestion herein should not be entertained. MH: not at present.
