The stormwater from Crown St comes into Palmer St from the Woolloomooloo St end of Bosley Terrace through the cattle yard, bringing manure with the floodwater. He suggests that the main sewer be carried as high as Woolloomooloo St. There is an open pipe opposite No 24 which emits a stench. He has been flooded 8 times in 2 years. There is a report by R W Richards, City Surveyor who suggests that Council disdain all liability, and he suggests that the City Solicitor's opinion be sought.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
