Stagnant water, a receptacle for dead dogs and cats, the effluvia a menace to public health. Previous complaint (notice and summons) ignored. A daily nuisance and a fever bed for typhoid, should cholera visit, serious health result in neighbourhood. Notes: Insp of Nuisances. RS: notice served previously on joint owners, the 2 summonses withdrawn at instance of one of the aldermen. Premises reinspected, and in a worse condition than previously, a fresh summons will be issued on each owner. Find out name: H'y Prescott Rich'd Fletcher.
