Complaint that neighbour is boiling tripe and overpowering smell is affecting my family (delicate wife at home all day and 2 young children). House is convenient to my employment, school for children, and rent within his means. An outbreak of cholera, prevalent in Europe would be devastating in the narrow, densely populated street. Notes: Insp of Nuiances: RS: inspected 15 Dick St, occupied by John Bingham, very clean and sanitary condition, no tripe boiled for months since complaint by Mr CLeary (landlord) when a notice was issued to discontinue boiling.
