With reference to your communication, matter has been carefully inquired into and Engineer reports men regularly clean the streets. In Liverpool St, the Tramway area has been paved for over 4 years, but impossible to keep clean as Council area to kerb is not paved and mud outside is conveyed by vehicular traffic on to the tramline.
