At Roxborough Place off Wilmot Street there are 9 houses: 7 are occupied by 20 persons and are in a good state of repair, and sanitary condition; 2 houses are occupied as a store by the lessee Mr Simmons. There are 3 water closets and one yard common to all the tenants. Most of the yard is filled with empty bottles and he has issued a notice to the owner of the bottles to remove them. He brought the limited number of WCs to the attention of the City Building Surveyor.
