Briggs, The Tor, Barncleuth Square, Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay to the Town Clerk referring to a previous complaint regarding Colonel MacKenzie's Stable doors opening onto the street and causing a danger and nuisance to the public. A recent furniture delivery could not be made because the road was blocked. Attached letter 5/2/94 from City Surveyor to James Dillon requiring him to undertake the work forthwith with a copy of previous notice dated 5/10/93. Attached reply 13/10/93 from James Dillon saying can't be altered and rarely used. Note on back from City Surveyor saying not to proceed. Attached second letter 6/12/93 from original correspondent.
