Municipal Council of Sydney advising the Attorney General agrees as the claim is small it should be settled without litigation and the summons withdrawn which has been done. The facts of the case are the Council asked for an unauthorised frieze to be removed from the Post Office which the later agreed to do at expense to the Council of £10 which the Council later disputed had been agreed so a summons was issued.
